Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol in Monticello, AR. This role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts for higher earnings.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay. Requirements include being at least 21, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations following established protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and directions.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain documentation.
