Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies, and participate in emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
