HonorHealth in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Armed Security Officer to patrol hospital properties, screen visitors, and maintain safety for staff, patients, and visitors. This role requires a minimum of 10 years law enforcement experience, a high school diploma or GED, active firearms proficiency, and completion of the HonorHealth Armed Security Officer Training Program.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of law enforcement experience.
• Associates or equivalent from a recognized college preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Patrols designated HonorHealth properties to ensure safety and security.
• Screens visitors and responds to alarms and dispatched calls per procedures.
• Maintains logs, enforces hospital policies, and assists in emergencies.
• Provides training and supports in mass casualty events and crowd control when needed.
