Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for headquarters vehicle patrol in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position requires a valid Texas Level III Armed Certification and a current driver's license, with a focus on safety, customer service, and incident response.

You will perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, deter unauthorized activity, monitor access, and document activities while coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facility buildings, water infrastructure, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required records regarding patrols, incidents, access-control activities, and observed conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Security License is required in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
