Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution.
• Conduct fixed and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports for site leadership.
