Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, at a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

The position supports a flexible, dependable schedule with a base site commitment and opportunities to expand hours up to 40 per week, depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, you will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain incident documentation.
• Report suspicious activity, damaged property, and hazards to site contacts and leadership.
