Job summary

Allied Universal, the leading security and facility services provider in North America, seeks a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in San Antonio, TX. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with option to pick up extra shifts and earn more, with a six‑month commitment and a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, responding to incidents, patrolling the site armed, monitoring access, and reporting activities to leadership while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out armed security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner while following applicable policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft‑related activity, and other policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate incidents, hazards, and unusual activity to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
