Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking and perimeters, documenting observations.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Maintain armed officer credentials and carry equipment in accordance with laws and procedures.
