Job summary

ADC LTD NM in Memphis FAA post seeks a Part-Time FAA Level III Armed Security Officer to protect employees, facilities and assets. You will control access, screen visitors, monitor cameras, respond to alarms and coordinate with First Responders as needed.

The role requires at least three years of armed security, 21+ years, CPR/First Aid and security certifications, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain FAA PIV and a federal background check.

Qualifications

• Armed security experience required, with 3+ years preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR, First Aid, Baton and OC spray certifications required.
• Be able to obtain FAA PIV eligibility and pass security checks.
• Must pass FBI background check and NACI suitability review.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: manage entry of personnel and vehicles per security plans.
• Screening: inspect belongings with magnetometers and X-ray equipment.
• Visitor Processing: issue visitor badges and track access.
• Patrols: roving checks of perimeter and facilities for security.
• Response: assist in emergencies including CPR/AED procedures.
• Documentation: report incidents and maintain post orders.
