Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Bank Branch Patrol in New York, NY. As a part-time position, you will guard a financial institution, perform armed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence while documenting observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly.
