Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/incident documentation.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
