Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter, documenting observations and irregular conditions.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when needed.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Maintain required armed officer credentials and carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• A valid Firearms Permit is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
