Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs and documentation.
• Report security-related concerns and deviations in accordance with site requirements.
