Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Dispatch Duty Controller in Marietta, GA to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense sites. You will coordinate calls, monitor activity, and ensure timely incident response while delivering customer service with professionalism.

Role requires at least 3 years of relevant security experience or a college degree, and an armed guard license. The schedule includes day and night shifts with a competitive hourly pay rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard license or card required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, access-control concerns, and other security incidents.
• Monitor channels and maintain logs of dispatch activity and incident details.
• Respond to incidents calmly, escalating as required by site procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel and responders to support timely communication and response.
