Job summary

All Nation Security Services, Inc. is seeking armed security officers to provide protective services at a cement manufacturing facility in Lucerne, CA.

Officers will maintain a secure environment by protecting personnel, property, equipment, and assets while enforcing site policies and procedures. This role requires a valid armed security guard license and firearm permit, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid State Armed Security Guard License and firearm permit.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility by verifying employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct vehicle inspections as required.
• Perform routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor gates, entrances, and restricted areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security violations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Communicate effectively with site management, emergency responders, and dispatch.
• Enforce company and client policies while maintaining a professional demeanor.
