All Nation Security Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Armed Security Officers to provide security services at a financial institution in California.

The role requires vigilant observation, strong judgment, and professional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible armed presence, monitoring entrances, reporting incidents, completing DARs/IRs, and following post orders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.
• Current firearms qualifications and training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background screening and licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible and professional armed security presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, lobby areas, and surrounding property.
• Observe and report suspicious individuals, activities, or potential security threats.
• Conduct routine patrols in accordance with assigned post orders.
• Assist with opening and closing security procedures.
• Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports (IRs).
• Immediately communicate security concerns to supervisors and designated client representatives.
• Follow all company policies, client procedures, and applicable laws.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and maintain a professional demeanor during difficult situations.
