Job summary

All Nation Security Services, Inc. is seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a warehouse and parking lot facility. Officers must be reliable, observant, and capable of working independently with a strong security presence.

This role requires continuous situational awareness, routine patrols, and accurate documentation of all security activities. Responsibilities include patrols, time-stamped photography every 30 minutes, thorough Daily Activity Reports,

Qualifications

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Valid California ID or Driver's License.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Experience at warehouses, industrial facilities, parking lots, or commercial properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence on the property.
• Conduct foot patrols of the warehouse exterior, parking lots, entrances, exits, and surrounding premises.
• Take and submit photos every 30 minutes as proof of patrols.
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports documenting patrols and observations.
• Monitor parked vehicles, gates, and access points for suspicious activity.
• Report any theft, vandalism, trespassing or security concerns.
• Remain awake and alert throughout the shift; report emergencies to supervision.
• Conduct regular perimeter checks for unsecured doors, gates, and fences.
• Use verbal de-escalation techniques when addressing individuals; follow post orders.
• Complete Incident Reports when necessary and maintain radio communications.
• Follow all company policies and client procedures; do not use personal phones during shifts.

This position requires continuous situational awareness, routine patrols, and accurate documentation of all security activities.Officers must remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout their entire shift. Sleeping on duty, neglecting patrol responsibilities, or failing to complete required reports and photo documentation is strictly prohibited.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the assigned property.Conduct foot patrols of the warehouse exterior, parking lots, entrances, exits, and surrounding premises.Take and submit clear, time-stamped photographs of designated areas every 30 minutes as proof of completed patrols.Complete accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) documenting all patrols, observations, and security-related activities.Monitor parked vehicles, delivery areas, gates, and access points for suspicious or unauthorized activity.Observe and report potential theft, vandalism, trespassing, property damage, and other security concerns.Remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout the entire assigned shift.Immediately report suspicious activity, emergencies, or security incidents to management and designated supervisors.Conduct regular perimeter checks to identify unsecured doors, gates, fences, or other safety concerns.Monitor and document unauthorized individuals or vehicles entering the property.Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques when addressing individuals, while remaining within the authority of an unarmed security officer.Complete detailed Incident Reports (IRs) when necessary.Maintain communication with supervisors and participate in required hourly radio checks.Follow all company policies, post orders, and client-specific procedures.Refrain from unauthorized personal phone use, sleeping, or other activities that interfere with security duties.Minimum QualificationsValid California BSIS Guard Card.Valid California ID or Drivers LicenseValid Social Security CardPrevious security experience preferred.Experience working at warehouses, industrial facilities, parking lots, or commercial properties is a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.Excellent communication and observation skills.Ability to complete accurate written reports and submit photographs electronically.Comfortable using a smartphone or security reporting application for documentation.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts.Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine patrols for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.Must meet applicable background screening and pre-employment drug screening requirements.Important Position RequirementsPhotographs must be taken and submitted every 30 minutes without exception, except when emergencies or authorized breaks prevent completion.Daily Activity Reports must be completed accurately during every shift.Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited.Officers must remain attentive and actively monitor the property throughout their assigned working hours.Failure to complete required patrols, reports, or photo documentation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.Officers must follow all required meal and rest break procedures.BenefitsHealth insurance benefits for eligible employees.401(k) with company matching after one year, subject to plan eligibility.Annual anniversary bonuses.Employee recognition and appreciation programs.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.About All Nation Security Services, Inc.All Nation Security Services, Inc. is a family-operated security company established in 2004.
