As an Armed Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing a visible security presence and maintaining a safe and secure environment within an indoor government facility. This role requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to responsibly carry and maintain authorized firearms in accordance with state laws and company policy.Primary responsibilities include conducting indoor foot patrols, monitoring surveillance and alarm systems, controlling access and egress, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and responding appropriately to safety or security concerns within the facility. Officers are expected to complete accurate reports and maintain detailed logs in accordance with post orders and company policy.In addition to physical security duties, this position actively supports SSC’s G.E.T.
