Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Armed Security Field Supervisor for the D.C.

Regional Office in Falls Church, VA. This role oversees security operations, supports security officers in the field, maintains client relationships, and ensures adherence to post orders and company procedures. The position requires prior security or management experience, a clean MVR, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Security experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license; clean MVR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment screening.
• Must meet any applicable state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure security officers are performing their duties properly.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to Security Officers in the field.
• Ensure officers are properly uniformed, prepared, and adhering to company and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and staffing needs and communicate issues to management.
• Assist with filling open shifts and addressing call-offs or other staffing concerns as needed.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, officers, and management.
• Respond to incidents, employee concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Complete site inspections, reports, and other required documentation.
• Ensure post orders and company policies are consistently followed.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new Security Officers when needed.
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $22.50

Requirements:

• Previous security and/or management experience required
• Valid driver's license; must clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
