Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor for the Philadelphia regional office in Hamburg, PA.

The supervisor will oversee a seven-person team on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) with a pay rate of $31.30 per hour. Relocation is not required, travel for day trips only. The role requires prior security supervisory experience, the ability to manage incidents, write detailed reports, and enforce client rules.

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 certification required.
• Security Supervisor experience required.
• Possess personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of Security Supervisor experience in security preferred.
• Law enforcement or military background preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas on foot.
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents per policy and use-of-force guidelines.
• Write detailed reports and maintain daily logs (DARs).
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules.
• Support customer service needs throughout the facility.
• Stay informed on site emergency protocols.
• Supervise a 7-person security team.
• Train new employees and current staff.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Hamburg, PA

Pay: $31.30 Per Hour

• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to pass a background check
