Job summary

Mary Kay seeks a Protective Services Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our Addison, Lewisville, and Dallas facilities. You’ll provide armed protection of corporate property, personnel, and visitors, monitor areas, and respond to emergencies.

This role requires 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain Texas ECA certification within a year. On-site work, physical fitness, and strong judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain state security commission (based on state of employment) and ECA certification within one year.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean MVR per policy.

Responsibilities

• Patrol facilities to identify security breaches, fire risks, and safety hazards; document incidents.
• Maintain logs and records at post; support dispatch and radio tracking.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and safety equipment.
• Respond to emergencies such as accidents, fires, or security incidents.
• Manage parking and vehicle traffic to ensure safety and deter unauthorized activities.
• Provide armed escorts for movement of funds and materials as required.
• Deliver first aid/CPR and medical support when certified.
