Job summary

Mary Kay Inc. is seeking a Protective Services Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our facilities. You will patrol, deter threats, and protect property, personnel, and visitors with armed security.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and eligibility for a Texas state security commission. On-site work is required at Addison, Lewisville, and Dallas facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligibility for state security commission and Texas ECA certification within one year.
• Valid in-state driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Experience with weapons (training provided) and ability to learn security systems.
• Excellent customer service and strong written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Patrol facilities to identify security breaches and safety hazards.
• Maintain logs and records at posts and dispatch operations logs.
• Complete inspections of vehicles, firearms, medical bags, and safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies such as accidents and fires.
• Provide armed escort services for movement of funds and materials.
• Deliver first aid, CPR, and medical support when certified.
• Rotate posts, manage parking, and handle confidential data.
• Work on-site at Mary Kay facilities in Addison, Lewisville, and Dallas.
