Job summary

Allied Universal® in Austin, TX is seeking an Elite Security Officer Driver to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other sectors. This full-time, armed position requires a valid driver’s license, Texas Level III Armed Certification, and the ability to patrol and maintain a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of retail areas, parking, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per site procedures and laws.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions with accurate incident documentation.
• Maintain qualifications and operate assigned equipment per Allied Universal policies.
