Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Armed Elite Security Officer Shop Driver in Austin, TX. You will provide customer service, conduct armed patrols, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas, is 21+, and includes pay at $26.50 per hour along with growth opportunities, health benefits, and exclusive

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to retail store clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store interior, exterior, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
Monitor access points, receiving areas, and restricted locations; verify authorized entry and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
