Allied Universal is hiring an Elite Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Austin, TX. You will conduct armed patrols at a retail location, maintain a visible presence, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a valid Texas driver’s license, Level III Armed Certification, and a minimum age of 21. You will work a full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits and in a culture focused on integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen as permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide client and shopper service while following site security procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of the retail location, including perimeter and entrances.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and suspicious activity.
• Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible presence.
• Document incidents accurately and communicate with site leadership and management.
