• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of residential areas, common areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
