Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• 40 caliber endorsement.
• California weapons permit with 9mm endorsement.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report access concerns to leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports for leadership and clients.
