Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following site procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries in a calm, professional manner, following reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate information to site contacts, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
