Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Emergency Call Taker in Marietta, GA. You will serve aerospace/defense locations, coordinate communications, monitor systems, and dispatch personnel to ensure timely responses. Strong customer service and compliance with site protocols are essential.

Minimum 3+ years in security or a related field, an armed guard card, and ability to work a multi-shift schedule including evenings and weekends. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed Guard Card or license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; CPR preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws; criminal history considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls and service requests.
• Maintain clear communication with personnel, site contacts, and emergency responders.
• Document dispatch activity and incident details in logs and reporting systems.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow site protocols.
