Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Emergency Call Taker in Marietta, GA. You will serve aerospace/defense locations, coordinate communications, monitor systems, and dispatch personnel to ensure timely responses. Strong customer service and compliance with site protocols are essential.

Minimum 3+ years in security or a related field, an armed guard card, and ability to work a multi-shift schedule including evenings and weekends. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Armed Guard Card or license.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; CPR preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws; criminal history considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

As a Security Officer Armed Emergency Call Taker in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor security-related systems, document activity, and dispatch personnel to support timely responses. You will maintain a professional presence, help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls, alarms, and service requests to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication with personnel, site contacts, and emergency responders during routine operations, incidents, and critical situations.
• Document dispatch activity, incident details, and notifications accurately in required logs and reporting systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
