Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1 year of experience in security/public safety or customer service.
• Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon use within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach per policies and training.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; enforce safety rules.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas; identify hazards and manage patient valuables.
• Respond to emergencies; de-escalate conflicts and provide information.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders; support crowd control.
• Complete timely incident reports and liaison with departments.
