BTI Security is seeking experienced Armed Protective Service Officers (PSO) for full-time and part-time positions in South Carolina. This essential role involves protecting sites, staff, and clients, with a focus on professionalism and security expertise.

Responsibilities include:

• Patrolling and monitoring premises
• Controlling access points
• Monitoring surveillance systems
• Reporting incidents
• Using security equipment effectively
• Communicating via radios
• Responding to emergencies and providing first aid when needed

Minimum requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with honorable discharge from the military
• Valid Social Security Card
• Experience in security or law enforcement, or military service with honorable discharge
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of security industry standards
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to train in firearms, weapons, and first aid

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged walking, standing, and alertness for up to 12 hours
