• Active TDPSPSB license for Texas positions is required or must be obtained before hire

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent security patrols of facilities and grounds as assigned.
• Identify and report trends related to security issues; recommend actions.
• Prepare initial incident information; submit timely factual reports.
• Respond promptly to service requests from supervisor or colleagues.
• Enforce CHRISTUS Health policies and applicable laws; maintain safety.
• Assist clinical staff with combative patients or visitors as needed.
• Operate security systems (CCTV, radios, dispatch) and generate electronic reports.
