Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services provider, seeks an Armed Hospital Security Officer in Mount Juliet, TN. You will safeguard patients, staff and visitors, patrol hospital areas, and deter incidents with a strong, visible security presence during overnight shifts.

This full-time role requires armed security experience, ability to restrain when needed, and compliance with vaccination, background, and drug-screen requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license required in the state of the job location.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Willing to work in/around a hospital morgue.
• Armed roles require 21+ years of age; 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Monitor and patrol hospital areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate emergency responses.
