Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Clinical Response Driver in Mount Juliet, TN. The role covers safeguarding hospital sites, delivering calm customer service, and responding to incidents with reliable, discrete security measures.

You will patrol healthcare facilities, support patients and staff, and maintain a visible, proactive security presence alongside a trusted team. This is a full-time position with daytime and night shifts to cover a 24/7 hospital schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
