Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Clinical Response Driver in Mount Juliet, TN. The role covers safeguarding hospital sites, delivering calm customer service, and responding to incidents with reliable, discrete security measures.

You will patrol healthcare facilities, support patients and staff, and maintain a visible, proactive security presence alongside a trusted team. This is a full-time position with daytime and night shifts to cover a 24/7 hospital schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Clinical Response Driver in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol hospital areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a caring environment through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and reliable response to evolving needs.

What You'll Do:

• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
