Responsibilities

• Protects property and staff by conducting rounds and monitoring for safety issues.
• Promotes safety by door checks, lighting checks, and escorts when requested.
• Responds to alarms, assists with emergencies, and supports security personnel.
• Provides professional customer service while handling dynamic situations with staff and patients.
• Completes incident reports and shift logs and forwards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintains campus safety through life safety equipment testing and access control tasks.
• Enforces organizational policies and may operate security equipment or vehicles as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
