Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to become an armed officer.
• Missouri driver license with clean MVR.
• Successful completion of a psychological evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Protects property and staff by conducting interior and exterior rounds and monitoring parking areas.
• Promotes safety and escorts staff and visitors as needed; responds to alarms and emergencies.
• Responds to overhead pages and assists emergency personnel through the building.
• Maintains professional customer service while handling volatile situations and communicates safety hazards to clinical staff.
• Completes incident reports and shift logs and forwards them to the appropriate personnel.
• Performs AED checks, life-safety equipment checks, and door integrity inspections; enforces organization policies.

Education

High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
