Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Maintain and carry assigned equipment in compliance with policies and regulations.
