Allied Universal in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Part-Time Armed Driver Mobile Patrol Security Guard. You will perform patrols, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while ensuring a safe environment at an innovative tech-site.

This role offers a flexible weekend schedule with a pay rate of $40.00 per hour, required driver credentials, and opportunities to advance through our Claim a Shift platform and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of armed security-related or military experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a 40 caliber endorsement and armed guard card/license.
• California weapons permit with a 9mm endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate logs and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership.
