Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Armed Driver in Huntsville, AL. You will provide security, carry out site procedures, and respond to incidents with professional communication.

The role requires an active clearance, a valid armed license, and the ability to patrol and monitor access points while delivering excellent customer service. The position offers flexible scheduling across day shifts and weekends, with a focus on safety, reliability, and a customer-first approach

Qualifications

• Three+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or college degree.
• Concealed carry weapons permit.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns following reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, restricted areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site requirements.
• Prepare incident reports and shift documentation for leadership review.
