Job summary

Allied Universal in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Incident Response to provide reliable hours at an assigned site with flexibility to pick up extra shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering security procedures in a healthcare setting, responding to incidents and emergencies, performing regular patrols, assisting with access control and visitor management, and documenting events per site reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing security or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to perform routine patrols and respond to incidents calmly.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents and activities accurately and promptly in line with reporting procedures.
