Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and utility operations staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeters to identify hazards or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, professional problem-solving and coordination with site contacts and responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations.
