Job summary

Walden Security is seeking experienced Court Security Officers (CSOs) to provide armed security for courthouses under the USMS contract. Eligible candidates can receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days on contract.

Duties include entrance control, roving patrols, stationary posts, escort duties, and enforcing federal law within court facilities. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of verifiable law enforcement experience with arrest authority, a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED requirement.
• Three (3) years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer or military equivalency.
• Must have general arrest authority.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and enforce identification systems.
• Roaming patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Monitor stationary posts including CCTV and alarm systems.
• Provide armed escort services for judges, court personnel, and others as directed.
• Direct traffic and manage parking and pedestrian flow on court property.
