Job summary

City of Coolidge Municipal Court is seeking a dependable Part-Time Security Guard to help protect staff and visitors. You will enforce security procedures under the direction of the City Magistrate, maintain an armed presence at the public entrance, and assist with screening and patrols of the Court building.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with court security policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in law enforcement, security, or related field.
• Must be twenty-one years of age at time of hire.
• Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides an armed security presence at the public entrance and throughout the Municipal Court building.
• Enforces security procedures and may screen entrants and bags.
• Responds to medical emergencies and other security incidents; prepares reports.
