Job summary

Walden Security is seeking experienced Court Security Officers to provide armed security for courthouses under the USMS contract. Responsibilities include controlling entry, patrolling, guarding courtrooms, escorting designated individuals, and enforcing federal law within the court facility.

Qualifications

• General arrest authority required.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and enforce the entry/ID system.
• Roving patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stand guard at stationary posts and monitor security tech.
• Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel.
• Direct traffic and manage court facility parking areas when needed.
• Enforce federal law and protect government property and people.
• Prepare reports on security incidents and contract performance.
• Secure unattended courtrooms and test security devices.
