Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of law enforcement, 2 years security supervisor/manager, or 3 years security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility staff, visitors, and other authorized individuals.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, entry points, and other designated locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering or leaving designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; report and document events.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation and communicate observations.
