Job summary

J&J Ventures Gaming LLC seeks a Collections Security Officer to safeguard assets while performing gaming collections in retail environments. The role requires firearm operation, professional conduct, and strict adherence to licensing and background checks.

The ideal candidate is 21+, holds a valid FOID card, clean driving record, and can pass IGB/IDFPR fingerprinting. Strong situational awareness and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and able to obtain gaming and armed security licenses.
• Valid Illinois FOID card and clean driving record.
• Must pass licensing requirements of the Illinois Gaming Board and IDFPR including fingerprinting.
• Excellent integrity, calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Securely handle, transport, and account for currency with accuracy and integrity.
• Safely transport and reconcile assigned funds to support resolution of gaming-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all fund transactions and related documentation.
• Generate and process gaming machine activity reports according to procedures.
• Remain alert with staff and customers, communicating effectively.
