Qualifications

• Active State Security Guard License is required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Training in fire safety and crime prevention is required.
• Fire Watch Certification (F-01) is required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of physical requirements and attentive to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of critical areas and personnel.
• Inspect grounds and premises and monitor access.
• Report fire and safety hazards and manage alarms.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in special events security.
• Maintain security clearance and coordinate with teams.
