Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Hospital Incident Response Driver in Smyrna, TN. You will monitor facilities, deter security incidents, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professional service.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and punctual shifts in a healthcare setting. The position emphasizes emergency response, patient safety, and following site-specific policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions and documenting incidents.
